Fuseji Privacy Policy

1. Principle: documents do not leave the device

All anonymisation carried out by the Software takes place on the user's Mac.

The Company does not obtain, transmit or store the documents a user enters into the Software, the anonymised output, or the table mapping placeholders to the original terms.

The Software collects no usage analytics, no crash reports and no advertising identifiers.

No documents are sent to any external AI service or cloud service. The AI that performs the anonymisation runs on the user's Mac.

2. Communication performed by the Software

The Software communicates over the network only in one case: obtaining the AI model. On first-run setup, or when the model is fetched again, the Software downloads the AI model over HTTPS from the source the Company specifies.

The information ordinarily incidental to an HTTPS download, such as the connecting IP address, may be recorded by the source server. No document content is sent.

The Software performs no other external communication. Licence and free-allowance checks are carried out on the Mac and do not use the network.

3. Information stored on the device

The following is stored only on the user's Mac: the downloaded AI model, application settings, and a record of free-allowance usage, including technical information used to detect tampering, which is held in the macOS Keychain.

Document text, anonymised output and replacement tables are held only in memory during processing. The Software does not save them to the device automatically.

4. The distribution site

The distribution site at fuseji.pro-innovation.net uses no access analytics, no tracking tools and no cookies. The Company places nothing on the site that identifies individual visitors.

The hosting provider records server logs incidental to serving the site, such as connecting IP addresses and requested paths. The Company does not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

The number of downloads is obtained from the aggregate figure published by the distribution platform for the released file. That figure identifies no individual.

5. Personal information in enquiries

Where a user makes an enquiry to info@pro-innovation.net, the Company handles the name, email address and content of the enquiry for the purpose of responding to it.

6. Disclosure required by law

The Company does not provide personal information it has obtained to third parties, except where required by law. As stated in section 1, the Company does not obtain users' documents in the first place.

7. Amendment

Where this Policy is amended, the amended version is posted on the distribution site. For significant changes the Company will endeavour to give notice in the application as well.
